产 品 概 述：
QJ、QJDS型多级深井潜水电泵（以下简称电泵），由电动机和多级叶轮两部分组成，电机位于电泵下部，分单相三相异步电动机，轴套采有优质石墨套和不锈钢推力盘，分别承受电泵工作时间的径向力和轴向力，电机绕组采用QYN型聚乙烯绝缘尼护线。在电机内部加注洁净清水，散热条件好、性能稳定，质量可靠，密封圈和防砂帽组成电动机的密封装置，水泵由叶轮、导叶、泵体、进水节、出水节及泵轴和轴套、导轴承组成。

用 途 ：
该系列电泵为多级叶轮结构、直径小、扬程高，适用范围广，是井下提水、水塔送水、农田排灌、园林排灌、城建、工矿企业用水等场合理想的送水工具。
Application:
This series pump is extensively used for electrical irrigation,forest water spraying,water pumping from well,water tower deliver and urban construction water supply and discharge for farms,villages,industrial and mining enterprise.
使用条件：
电泵在下列使用条件下能连续正常工作：
1、工作介质为无腐蚀的清水，介质中含量砂量的体积比不超过0.10%，粒度不太于0.20mm。
2、介质温度不超过40度，介质的PH值在6.5-8.5之间。
3、电泵应在额定扬程附近的使用范围内使用。并且完全浸入水中使用，潜水深度不大于5m。
4、电源频率为50Hz，电压单相为220V，三相为380V，电压波动范围为额定企的0.9-1.1倍。
Work conditions:
The pump can work properly and continuously under following operational conditions:
1.Medium is not corrosive.Sand contents should be max.0.10% by volume and granular size should be max 0.20mm.
2.Medium temperature shouldn't be over 40 and PH should be 6.5-8.5.
3.The pump should be operated within rated head. The pump should be min.0.5m over the water bottom and not be inserted into sludge.
4.Power frequency should be 50Hz,single phase voltage 220V,threephase voltage 380V,and voltage fluctuation should be0.9-1.1 times than the rated.
结构特点
1、泵的过流部件均采用不锈钢材料，具有一定的抗腐蚀性。
2、采用耐磨，自润滑性能优良的滑动轴承与浮动式密封环结构，使泵级间泄 漏小，机械效率和容积效率高。
3、泵出水口内装有弹性止回阀，保证仃机无回流、管路无水锤冲击。
4、泵采用串联浮动叶轮结构，使电机轴不承受轴向力，当级数较多时仍能安全工作。
