The Aiken Twin screw pump is part of AIKEN’s hygienic pump solutions. It was developed to ensure reliable pumping of low and high viscosity, highly volatile or gaseous products. It is designed according to EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group ) guidelines.

- Surfaces of the parts in contact with the product: Ra < 0,8 μm
- Lip seal, single-action mechanical seals double-action mechanical seals
- viscosity range from 0,5 to 1.000.000 mPas
- Priming capacity with NPSHR < 2 m
- Rpm (rotations per minute) range from 100 to 4.000 min-1
- Due to its high rpm range the AIKEN Twin screw pump can be used for both, pumping and cleaning.
