材料的抉择
①输送柴油、重油（燃料油），泵套用锡青铜。
②输送细腻油、液压油，泵套用灰铸铁、球铁、锡青铜。
③输送植物油，或含酸和碱等侵蚀性液体，泵体、螺杆、泵套等零件批准不锈钢或其它耐侵蚀材料。

一、SNH三螺杆泵概述：
三螺杆泵是无脉动轴向输送具有定然细腻性介质的定量容积式低压转子泵，适于输送燃料油、细腻油、液压油、矿物油等油类和具有细腻性的流动性液体。所输送的介质中不得含有任何磨料颗粒和对泵材料有侵蚀的物质。SNH系列三螺杆泵由特异型线（摆线）构成的螺旋型面，当电机或马达驱动积极螺杆转动时，其不时行动的各个密封腔室逐渐构成真空，液体在大气压的作用下由吸入口吸入并沿轴向继续、无脉动的输送到排泄口，无搅拌、乳化假象。
