FP增强聚丙烯离心泵
产品概述:
靖江东南泵业有限公司生产的102型、103型、FP增强聚丙烯离心泵系单吸直联式塑料离心泵是一种小型塑料泵,产品结构较先进、体积小、重量轻、耗电省、耐酸碱、密封好、维修方便。广泛用于输送酸、碱、盐等腐蚀性液体上,化工、轻工、三废治理等理想产。FP型增强聚丙烯离心泵、FPG型工程塑料离心泵系列产品均采用机械密封,并引进国际先进工艺和技术配方,使用CFR-PP(增强聚丙烯)、改性ABS(工程塑料)作为泵的材质,在同系列的塑料泵产品中,充分显示了其结构先进、重量轻、体积小、寿命长等特点,广泛应用于化工、食品、制药、造纸、环保、水处理等部门,输送酸、碱、盐等腐蚀性液体。
注意事项:
1、泵在起动前应采用灌泵或抽真空手段使泵内充满液体,严禁空转和反转。
2、泵的输送液应不含泥沙、颗粒和较长的纤维物质,以防堵塞致使叶轮和机封损坏。
3、泵的输送介质比重大于1.2时应另配电机,以免影响扬程或烧坏电机。
4、停车前应先关闭排出管路阀门。在倒灌情况下还需关闭进口管路阀门,后关闸停机

Single-suction direct plastic centrifugal pump of FP(Z) reinforced polypropylene centrifugal pumpproduced by Jingjiang Southeast Pump Co., Ltd. is a kind of small plastic pump, which features advanced structure, small volume, light weight, electricity saving, acid and alkali resistance, good seal and easy maintenance. It is widely used to transport acid, alkali, salt and other corrosive liquids. FP(Z) reinforced polypropylene centrifugal pump and FPG-type engineering plastic centrifugal pump and other series of products all use mechanical enclosure, introduce international advanced process and technical formula, and adopt CFR-PP (reinforced polypropylene) and modified ABS (engineering plastic) as the material of pump. In the plastic pump product of the same series, it fully show its advanced structure, light weight, small volume, long service life and other characteristics. It is widely used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, paper-making, environmental protection, water treatment and other departments and also used to transport acid, alkali, salt and other corrosive liquids.

Precautions:
1. Before starting, irrigation pump or vacuum method should be adopted to make pump full of liquid. Idle and reversing rotation is prohibited.
2. Transport liquid of pump should exclude sand, particles and longer fiber material to prevent blocking, which causes damage to impeller and mechanical seal.
3. When the transport medium proportion of pump is more than 1:2, it should allocate another motor so as not to affect lift or damage motor.
4. Before stopping, it should close discharge line valve. Under the condition of returning irrigation, it also needs to close import line value and finally shuts down to no power.
