特点
阀板是按一个完整的球形加工而成，密封面的每一部分都是球面的一部分，即使是阀板的上、下顶端处的轴向密封面处也不例外，这样的密封面在密封时，尽管有接触，却是相当平滑的，所以力矩减小了，密封性能改善了，特别是轴向密封处的摩擦减小了，采用这一技术的阀座寿命增加了三倍。阀板和阀环以同一球面加工，阀板无摩擦平稳的旋转。
